I need extensive dental work. Most likely I will need full dentures. I'm missing multiple teeth and the others are rotting and cracked. I'm terrified to go to a dentist because I'm afraid they're going to think I'm on drugs because of how bad my teeth are. I also know it's going to cost me upwards of $20,000 to get my teeth fixed and I just don't have anything even close to that.

I can’t afford my teeth extractions.. and I need cavities filled.. they quoted me $1500 for ONE root canal and I need 6 of those!? I’d rather just have no teeth if it comes down to it..

If dentist would bypass insurance & lower the cost of dental care to the general public needing dental work. They would make money 💰 hand over fist, more profit for them. Less cost for consumers, a win/win.

Why not just offer affordable dental care? As a private practice, your fees aren’t dictated by anyone. Medical tourism places are thriving charging a fraction of the cost.

not completely free but look into dental schools near you!!! students NEED patients in their chairs and generally it is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper, my local school is 25 dollars!

I went to the dentist (at 29) for the first time since before I was 14. I got so much attitude from my dentist about how bad my teeth are. I didnt choose to not go as a kid, then as a adult it cost too much that I couldnt go till now

1) "(your state)" + "Mission of Mercy": 1-2 times a year; comprehensive care; event-based 2) "Remote Access Medical Services" - pop-up clinic; no ID necessary; event-based 3) local programs like Community Outreach programs & Coalition for the Homeless (research on your own) + Dental Lifeline: 65+ or permanent disability or chronic illness ⚕️

I have dental appointment on the 11th for a filling and that appointment is going to cost $278 for one filling with insurance. I also got a .36 cent raise at my job and because of that now I don’t qualify for a sliding fee discount at the dentist. Insurance is a joke
