I learned about bee propolis from Dr Andrew Jones Vet and it’s been great for my senior dog so I decided I wanted to try it on me 😊I used to use 4way nasal spray like my mamaw then learned some can be habit forming. Glad she taught me to watch out. Then switched to local honey, this is what I will use from now on. I dislike headaches and congestion over about anythjng. This works for me and my allergies, it is a great alternative and definitely worth researching and checking out.
