I've never been emotional about an anime ngl, Umamusume franchise changed me from a low esteem gooner to someone who wants to be better. it lit a spark inside me. Seeing all of the horse girls trying their hardest to reach their dreams despite injuries, defeats and downfalls just got me thinking "Can I be just like them?". I have a million and billion thanks for Umamusume and for its fandom for helping me move forward and for making my life better. It's just shocking and funny at the same time how a sports anime about cute horse girls can be that impactful on someone's life.
