Kids really tend to rewatch old videos from YouTube channels over and over and over again. A channel I work for gets over 60% of its views every month from videos older than 6 months. A better metric to pull to see if he’s falling off is how many views each video got within a certain time frame after they were posted. I’m not sure If this is what they were getting at in the video but just sharing my thoughts

The main issue with the graph is that views compound over time. The more time a video is given, the more views it’ll have, which skews the earlier numbers a lot more.

I think it's a YouTube issue. YouTube was my go-to for trouble shooting and tutorials. now I have to watch multiple adverts on a clip that's only a few minutes. no thanks. easier to search on tiktok

Out of raw curiosity compare the amount of views in the first month or a fixed period of time instead of all time views that will be much more accurate something like 3 months may be ideal

Around 70-100 mil subs Mr beast was actually fun and entertaining. Recent videos, the editing is so quick and choppy that I straight up can't tell what's happening sometimes
