Slice one side off the bananas and carefully remove the pulp, keeping the peels intact to use as molds. Set the peels aside. 2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the mashed pulp and sugar. Cook until slightly thickened, then remove from heat and let cool. 3. Add the banana mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside. 4. In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, cocoa powder, and condensed milk. Whip until just before soft peaks form. 5. Fold in the banana puree, then fill each banana peel with the whipped mixture. Freeze overnight until fully solid. 6. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together over a double boiler until smooth. Add a few drops of yellow food coloring if desired. 7. Peel away the banana skins from the frozen ice cream cores, then dip each one into the melted chocolate. The shell will harden almost instantly. 8. How do u perfect them I tried using the banana peel and it didn’t flop but it wasn’t crunchy and it was very cold and wobbly the “puree” was milk and mashed bananas and Nutella 😭
