I brush my teeth right after my last meal. sounds stupid. works every time. nobody wants to eat after brushing. it signals to your brain the eating window is closed. 9. I keep zero junk food in my house. You cannot eat what isn't there. willpower is a limited resource. remove the option entirely. 10. I prioritize 8 hours of sleep every single night. sleep deprivation spikes ghrelin which is your hunger hormone. one bad night of sleep and your cravings the next day will be through the roof.
