I don’t get why people insist on not accepting the fact that it’s not possible to bias bicep heads + preacher curls are found to be more of a brachioradialis exercise. Just do a curl variation you enjoy and a hammer curl/reverse curl, good to go✌️💔🥀🥀✌️

its all elbow flexion dude, arm up arm down. go train ur biceps and pick 1 curl and 1 hammer/reverse curl with the attachment you want on both

u cannot bias a single head of the biceps due to them all performing the same movement. just do one bicep curl and one reverse/hammer curl for brachialis and brachoradialis

Although these are the best 3 bicep exercises, make sure you don't do all of them in the same session. I personally do 2 sets preacher and hammer curls on one day and the Bayesian curls on another
