My daughter has tummy issues everytime she eats. She is going on a school 4H food tour in Italy for 10 days and I showed her your videos and told her maybe you tummy won’t hurt every time you eat while your there!!!

What pasta do you have in this box? I’m lucky enough to live in an area that we have plenty of Italian grocery stores and we can get fresh imported products easily. But I love this, curious if this box is actually a bit cheaper.

I have some diagnosed celiacs friends who say they can eat gluten when on vacation in Italy. (Some say they can’t) I also know Italy also has some of the most abundant options for GF. 2 questions. 1) why is there so many GF options if celiacs can have gluten there? Have you heard anything on the subject? 2) since Italy has imported foods how would you know what flour is the “safe” ones that folks are mentioning they can have. Or even what pastas or already made goods would be safe?
