Well, after two years of Being a GC holder you remove conditions. You get a paper saying that you are waiting for that GC extension (10 years one)but you can travel with that paper. Most of the times that GC never arrives so what everyone does is that after 3 years of being a GC holder you apply for the citizen.

You’d need to be a permanent resident for 3 years (with conditions or without) but permanent resident nonetheless. If you haven’t had the second interview, you can get the two appointments the same day.

It’s so crazy to see how much easier the process is for people who are other ethnicities. Unfortunately it’s not so easy for Hispanic/Mexican people. Nonetheless this is amazing!! 🤩

You are 100% correct, you can apply for the US citizenship 3 months prior to the 3 years but get the interview after 3years. Did he study all of the 128 civic questions?
