I always feel bad for people when their first question is “is it safe”. It sounds like such a fearful way to live life. It should be a consideration, but not the first one. Driving to your local grocery store might not be safe. Everything you do involves some risk - the question is what are you risking it for?

I really like the way you explain safety and get ppl to understand nothing is black/white. It makes so much sense about your thoughts on route, not biking in the dark, food/water intake and so on. The nuances you also show in the day to day videos if ppl watch them all. When I watched your videos I get that feeling, that you both a careful and very prepared for the countries you visit. Ofcause something can come up, but that is life - even here in little safe Denmark.
