Chickpeas: 1/2 cup tinned chickpeas 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 20g butter Pinch of salt 1 tablespoon olive oil Drain the chickpeas and pat dry. Fry them on high heat in olive oil and salt until they crisp up (around 7 minutes). When they start browning, add the butter and cayenne pepper, reduce the heat and cook for another few minutes until the butter is frothy.
