just remember to always run your workloads on top of some proper orchestration like kubernetes or just nixos, otherwise you’re gonna be in a world of regret pretty quickly

Hetzner has really reasonably priced S3 compatible storage too. And even refurbished dedicated servers. No idea why anyone uses AWS/Azure

I personally like deploying an RPi with cloudflared. For larger scale, drop in two or three nodes and K3s. If the project is getting high traffic, I beef up with some NUCs. You really don’t need much ass behind the compute unless you’re expecting to scale to business size

I agree but most of the time like for example doing some freelance itll be so annoying to do VPS for each project I had rather spend more money to free my mind & time 😁

Or you pay for a more expensive VPS and put Coolify or Dockploy on it so you can have quick iterations and deployments
