I started incorporation electrolyte packets if I was having a headache & it helps so much! Water isn’t enough when you’re on Tirz you need more potassium etc 🤍

Omg I’m going through the same thing!! Do you know if you have insulin resistant PCOS? I noticed it regulated my period too!! please let me know what you do after. I’m also considering staying on a maintenance dose after I reach my goal weight for the period… feel like it’s a better solution vs birth control? Idk lmk!!
