I would love to know if anyone has ever tried adding psyllium husk to chia pudding. I really dislike the texture on its own but I think it might be fine in a chia pudding.

Hi ma’am. I hope you see this, I’m worried about doing overnight chia seeds because of the histamine. Is there a way I can do this in the morning?
