Or is something a bit heavier and more robust suited to your needs? Obsidian is lightweight, easy to setup and it's also free, for 90% of people it's going to be just fine. GraphRAG (LightRAG in this case) is a bit more complex for setting up but its a true RAG system - chunking, vectors, and relationships which gives you much more precise answers. The Obsidian graph isn't based on semantics, which means if documents on the same topic aren't wiki linked together, they could be at opposite ends of the graph. GraphRAG positions the vectors on the graph based on their meaning, so by default similar concepts are grouped together on the graph which means higher quality outputs when querying your knowledge-base. #claudecode #claude #aitools
