Go girl! Go! I went from 41kg and couldn’t believe the day I got to 48kg…I’m now 54 but I’m fighting to get to 58kg. Just give yourself more grace as you go coz the more you gain the higher your maintenance calories, which means you’ll have to increase intake as you go to add on…..Goodluck!
