We always boil ours with salt, pepper, garlic, bay leaves and lemon. Then we serve them with melted butter for dipping (you can add a little lemon juice if you like). So good!😋

They look absolutely delicious… I learned from my grandmother how to cook artichokes, and the only thing she ever stuffed to them with were the cut up stems garlic, parsley and salt… We never did the breadcrumbs stuffing like many people do…

I never stuffed mine anymore. I do everything you do also keep the stems as well, but I steam mine in beef broth so tasty.
