I’ve thought about this too. But lowkey I think Fukuzawa rarely ever remembers Dazai at all and Kyouka was kinda on a whim, right? Like, he allowed it because everyone seemed to already take a liking to her and she wanted to join. Yosano is, probably, easily more important to him

personally, i dont think mori would choose either of them anyway, kouyou would probably ask mori not to choose kyouka, and it's stated he fears dazai (even if he may have wanted dazai to become the boss), plus it would most likely be atsushi since he's the mc

I am so angry at Fukuzawa for this. Yosano is actually in a better place mentally while Dazai would absolutely cut contact with the ADA if he were to be transferred. I’m not saying anyone who has it worse as Yosano, Dazai and Kyoyos should be equally considered for the past experiences. It’s just that Dazai has such an unhealthy coping mechanism and would not reach out if he were ever back in the PM

he’s known yosano the longest, mori probably wouldn’t have accepted the deal if half the members were off the table, and i’m not one to compare trauma, but yosano definitely reacts the worst to mori. it’s not fair to act like he was playing favorites when kouyou probably wouldn’t let mori pick kyouka anyway and dazai would likely handle himself decently compared to the other two

What i think is that its because yosano is the only one to actually need to be away from mori while i hate that dazai might go back he could survive he would just go on with his life, mori wouldn’t ask for kyouka she wasn’t useful and she was gonna die if not saved she is useless in the eyes of mori. But thats just my thoughts on the matter

i think is because mori is scared of dazai and i don’t honestly think that he would pick him, if he doesn’t come back for choice it would be dangerous for mori, while koyou would never let mori pick kyouka because she promised her to let her stays in the light, at least that’s my theory

fukuzawa not allowing 3 ppl to go is an overkill and risks Mori not even agreeing to the deal. Yosano would've 100% been chosen if she wasn't off the table because of her ability which is definitely more useful compared to dazai's, kyouka's, and literally everyone in the agency. she's also the agency's medic, without her the agency would have a MASSSIVEEE loss
