Oh, how I wish ghosting wasn't a thing. It's like you said, it comes off as devaluing someone like they're not worth an explanation about things. I'm someone who fears confrontation, but God has shown me that sometimes it's needed in a healthy sense. People deserve to have an answer about things rather than let negative and upsetting thoughts linger in their mind, questioning their worth.

As an overthinker, this gets me the most. Communication is a beautiful concept that a lot of us take for granted and when you add emotional and physical aspects it’s makes it even harder for some to communicate how they are really feeling. Rejection was and is always hard but I’d rather know sooner rather than later if someone isn’t interested and unfortunately a lot of people have chosen to ghost rather just being honest with me. I’ve been hurt a lot in this way so now I over communicate with people and sometimes that even pushes people away 😕
