I can never get mine like this :( I use the Naoki matcha the superior blend one, and I usually do like 1 tsp sometimes 2, idk how many grams that it to be honest 😭but ik it has to do with the amount of water or even maybe whisking it wrong😭 maybe too little water idk

So if you are doing the ratio of the 4g would it be 20 ml of water first then add the other 20? Also when you say don’t touch the bottom do you mean with your whisk? And the bottom of the bowl 🥹
