Here’s the pharmacist fix: Step 1: Salicylic acid face wash. It’s oil soluble, which means it actually gets INSIDE the pore and breaks up the gunk causing those big bumps. Step 2: Alpha hydroxy acid (AHA). After you wash, this dissolves the dead skin on the surface. Leave it on and use it at least twice a day. Two products. A couple bucks.
