But if you don't live in LA its hard! I have experience, I'm signed to three agencies in the mid west. I did a showcase via national performance academy based in LA. I got one Callback from a LA manager, who barely responded after I reached out, like I was instructed to do. She responded weeks later and told me to reach back out to her after memorial day weekend (this was April 2025). Like clockwork, I was back and she ignored me. Then after more weeks and follow ups, she responded asking about my experience. I sent my reel, my resume, and monologues. And then... nothing. She completely ignored me. I want an LA agent, but I can't afford to live there. And I was later told you kinda do need to live there. Would love feedback.

The people that know me with representation, don't do referrals for me because I have more experience which is sad. Crabs in a barrel. I have reached out, took classes, got a coach...I find all my own projects. Videos, films, plays, etc...I get myself. 10 years and I am burned out
