To be fair the reaction is way too over the top, but I can understand her frustration, if she’s got the money in the bank and she wants to draw it out and she’s shown everything needed then it’s ridiculous that she’s being denied that, I find it so stupid how banks start asking questions about your own money you want to draw out but then if you don’t use a bank and want everything cash you’ll then be suspicious as well, can’t win either way

So the back story is: She wanted $5000 cash. She had her ID and debit card. But she did not have her PIN. They wanted to send a pass code to her phone, which was in the car. she thought it was excessive to have to go to the car to get her phone and thought that was unreasonable.
