for ppl confused about the bottom to top: so you first brush your ends as you would normally, then you brush the middle and ends on your hair together, and once it's all brushed out, you brush your hair from your scalp to your ends sorry does this make sense?? I'd you don't understand you can ask

Here is my Hair Routine for HIGH PORORSITY HAIR Type! The Orange conditioner Dream length from Loreal is more for High Porosity and I have high porosity Hair and its amazing! It really cleans all the gunk and dandruff and all the dirt of from your scalp, and your scalp feels very Soft and Shiny After the Hair wash. For conditioner the Purple one hyaluron plump 72h moisture sealing is also for high porosity Hair, if you have really damaged hair because of Daily Heat using, then this conditioner wont be enough to Hydrate the dead and dry ends. Im someone who does not use any Heat on my Hair so this conditioner really help my Hair. After that I also use the one Coconut Hairfood Mask from Garnier and its amazing and hydrating aswell! At the end I seal my Hair with the Loreal Elvive extraordinary oil miracle Hair. Again This Routine is for high porosity Hair and extra Advice, you Dont need a 7 step products Routine for your Hair, just Research about your Hair porosity and Test out what your porosity is ( there are plenty of Tutorials on finding your pororsity), wear bonnets made out of silk or sleep on a silk pillow, use wide Tooth combs for your Hair instead of These tiny Bristle Brushes. When brushing your Hair wet, make sure you use a wide tooth comb brush again! Also sleep with Protective hairstyles like braiding your Hair. Oil your ends and Massage your scalp for blood circulation because it also maintains hair Growth! ✨

Y’all I recommend this coconut oil you can put it in your shampoo end it makes your hair shiny end smooth, if you have bad breath you can use this to it helps to clear your teeth end your breath is going to smell like coconut just grab a spoon end get some of the oil end start to move is around your mouth

To brush ur hair from bottom to top (from how I did it for years): Take a small piece of ur hair at the bottom or end of it, brush that small piece then move up by taking bigger pieces of ur hair, or moving ur hand up ur hair till u reach ur scalp
