The app I’m using is: Cal AI And man I’ve seen mixed reviews! 😂 And after talking to a few other creators getting there thoughts while chatting with a couple of clients I think my take is a little different.. I get that the combination of HYPE around all things AI makes for the virality of this App pretty extreme.. And that traditionally, learning how to track Cals/macros accurately will always be a skill needed to maximize results.. BUT I think we’re getting too caught up in a feature that seems like it was made more for convenience and awareness to people who aren’t as “seasoned” in tracking rather than being the MOST accurate.. There are times and places to lean into accuracy and the same goes for leniency/convenience and after testing the app for a couple weeks I think there’s something to bridging that gap.. As for me..
