I have it too. I’ve had it since I was little it’s my biggest insecurity and I hate it. Right now I have it in the front of my tongue so it’s more noticeable. Anything triggers it for me spicy, sugar, seasonings, pineapple, ketchup, chocolate.. anything

now check and see if you have psoriasis i have both the geographical tongue and psoriasis there’s a link between the 2 they are still doing studies on it though
