How do I deal faster? My brother took me to the gym with him for leg day and my weight was around 15-20 for most of the machines and doing 3 sets of 10 and omg that was 3 days ago and in still sore. I stretched after, took an l Epson salt bath and stretched at night because I worked in the Morninggg n Ong that morning stretch was so crazy not painful but sore
