@sloptok: Can’t beat it #circled #4l80e #fairmont #lsswap

poppaginge7 :

I mean at what point is the mileage just for the case of it?

Tom LaDuke :

Got a 280k mile 6.0 that I paid 200 for and did heads and cam Been sending her hard and not worrying about the 6 psi of oil pressure at idle

Joey Hassett :

Only thing better is putting a $1000 trans brake valve body into it too

fghkk :

better than 100k on new vehicle...

Nelson :

Peak 🤟

Pplarenosey :

It 100% can not get better…….. but it can definitely get worse😂😂😂😂😂

Fake.Denalee :

Boutta put $900 into my $100 unknown miles 😂

user6816115628674 :

better than getting into debt with a new car

Dustin Wayne Penny :

It’ll be fine just be patient with reverse when it’s cold

P Ness42069666 :

I mean you could have rebuilt the whole transmission for 1400$ and gotten a torque converter for 200$ 😅

80 mont :

Big Bleu :

that's gonna be the same customer saying they make 1000hp but once it's on the Dyno it's barely over 500hp

John :

Glad I’m not the only one!🤣🤣

Austin Sorenson :

Mmmmmm

2325Joann :

Got that converter at a divorce sale For 15 dollars .. so yeah it makes perfect sense

marcoscarlson4 :

now this is 1400 just for the torque converter or rebuild? either way she'll go for another 2

Pseudopregnancy :

That torque converter looks wild. Double bolts on each flange? Never seen that many to connect to a flex plate

egauto :

LS swaps are like microwaving a steak

Falcon Fuhh :

lol I did the same but I got lucky with one 26k miles out of a church bus and 480 refreshed converters by circle d 4l80 for 600 bucks total 😅

Gear Head’s Garage :

It’s a 4l80 it’ll take it

Call_Me_Coog :

Same… lol 4l80

Isaiah Shattuck :

or it's actually a completely built transmission with a trans brake but it's going in a sleeper that looks like it was built from a junkyard lol

Mx127b :

lol

𝓒𝓪𝓵𝓮𝓫 𝓡𝓸𝔀𝓮 :

I put a 1,100 dollars in a 170k in a 4l60e 😅

Ocean.blue.6.0 :

Peak is getting a similar converter and built th400 for 1400 dollars🤣
