Enfleurage is another amazing way to capture lilac's aroma, it's labor intensive but really special! There are a few perfumers out there preserving this art form

uh, excuse me. I made lilac perfume in my yard with hose water and smushed lilacs. A very hot product in 1992. Definitely smelled like lilac and not just composty

You're the type of person someone in a forest gets lost and then they find your cottage hidden with a beautiful garden, potions, a baked pie cooking from the window, and the house smelling like flowers 🌺🌻🌷🌸🌼 and u heal them with healing elixers, sweets and loving warm and inspiring words. And then they go home and tell the best story ever about the experience! 😭❤️

I used to press lilac in one of my favorite books when i was younger 📖 I only expected it to preserve the flowers now the whole book smells like lilac 🥰
