I think the blue burn tastes like how a cigar smells, in a really strange good way. I use a full dropper full in water... am I using too much? that's what it said to do on the bottle.

I don't need anything to suppress my appetite. I need things to make me actually eat. I have a tendency to skip meals and then my body thinks oh we need to save everything that we eat. but your video did remind me to drink my post workout creatine drink so thank you
