My first thought went to making a fish curry with Naan or roti. Cinnamon, fenugreek & chillies would have worked well & the ketchup may have been able to belong in as a shortcut for the tomatoes in the masala?

I'd have been tempted with this selection to make some kind of cinnamon fish curry with naan for the bread over a sandwich but you definitely made an interesting sandwich of it

I would have gone about it slightly differently, instead of a French toast bun I would have used a brioche bun with a cinnamon butter. And instead of a slaw I would have blended the peppers, celery, and ketchup into a sauce. Cool interpretations!

Might be a weird comment but I think maybe ur videos might be picked up by the algorithm more if you increased the saturation in editing, I feel like bright vibrant colors do well when it comes to cooking videos on this app
