I need to try the Aveeno but I have dry very eczema prone skin. I have flare ups on my face, neck and chest. This has hands down saved my skin. I use it morning and night , even under makeup. It is the balm, they have a lotion and cream but I haven’t tried them.

What about people who are allergic to mallasezia on their skin? I'm not talking about an overgrowth, just an allergy to mallasezia yeast, part of their normal commensal skin microbiome. Most moisturisers actually feed them, leading to more allergic symptoms AND flare-ups due to dryness.. I hate eczema sooo muchhhh 😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔

I absolutely agree. I hydrate my skin every time after washing my hands. Mostly with La Roche Posay Lipikard Baume Ap+M and haven't use any topical steorid in years! The eczema doesn't let your skin hold on to water, so you just have to work extra hard to keep it in there😄

Yes! Since I’ve been keeping my skin moisturizered and changed my body wash, Ive had less flare ups and use my steroid ointment less

Can you have eczema with no rash? My face and neck are always so itchy. Especially at night and when I get hot. I’ve eliminated all my skincare and I’m using next to nothing and it doesn’t help.

Agree and disagree. Sometimes you have to let the skin dry out on its own to heal before you apply moisturizer.
