I’ve tried calling customer service and put on hold for over an hour and ended up hanging up. Called back and got put on hold queue for call back and no call back. I’ve emailed 5 times. I’ve tried the customer service text. I’ve tried the website chat. ZERO ANSWERS OR RESPONSE. I have a package I didn’t received and I’ve tried for TWO WEEKS to get ahold of someone. I’m just furious and my time has been wasted for two weeks. Someone needs to make this right! And the inability to speak to someone is the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen.
