I had a customer complain to me “just to let you know I ordered a tuna sandwich and I received a turkey sandwich” I said omg I’m so sorry give me the order and we will fix it. She said “no I ate the whole thing…” I was like did you want a refund…? She said “no I don’t want a refund, I just want you to know that someone messed up” LOL ok gurl thanks

Pecan Pattie… when I worked at sees candies. She expected to receive a pecan bud that had LOTS of caramel in it as her sample every time. We can’t tell from the outside how much caramel is in the inside. She would have us cut several pieces so she could see the inside and choose which one she wanted as her sample every

I’m a hostess in a restaurant. I sat a couple at a table, they complain TO EACH OTHER about not being sat in another corner. I say to them (veeery nicely) that this corner is actually available and they can sit there. They say, no, thank you, fully annoyed. Bro I’m giving you what you want ???
