@Crystal🌻: I had the worst experience at this hotel! It’s in desperate need of remodeling, most specifically the big “lagoon” pool that tiktokers rave about. I fell for the TikTok videos and booked here, but left with my 9 year old daughter traumatized. The pool flooring is blue tile and it’s broken all over the place! My daughter got stabbed on her toe with a piece of broken pool tile while swimming. It was so deep and was bleeding like crazy, my daughter was screaming in pain. The front desk provided me with tweezers, alcohol wipes and bandaids. I had to remove the piece myself and clean out and aid my screaming child. While walking back to our room, they were “cleaning” the pool (while they allowed guests to continue to swim). DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
