@christopherthelawyer: Workplace issues rarely show up all at once. They build quietly — and then suddenly, they’re “normal.” A comment here. A subtle jab there. A shift in how you’re treated. Less inclusion. More tension. By the time you realize something’s wrong, it’s already a pattern. If you’re dealing with this, hoping someone will just “notice” and fix it isn’t a plan. Clarity matters. Specifics matter. Documentation matters. General complaints get overlooked. Clear, consistent records get attention. If your work environment is changing in a way that doesn’t feel right, pay attention early. Save this — it might be useful sooner than you think. #EmploymentLawyer #constructivedismissal #toxicworkplace #workplacedrama #legaladvice @Achkar Law

What if your unable to get in contact with HR because the exclusion is coming from two major managers and they are observing and watching everything you do including emails and teams? when I did express my concerns they continued harassment and even accused me of bullying?

My hair has almost grown back, I dont stopped getting the rashes (until I was contacted last week).. I am now fighting off 'slight angoraphobia' (I was such a fun ball to be around).. 26months now off of work) We didn't have HR... I did everything you said via my corporate head office liaison. She knew every detail, commission I made while at work, still haven't received, promised rrsp = lied. Repeated negative nasty environment killed me for 3 yrs.

What if your HR person is the toxic CEO? We have no one to take our issues to. We have a board, do we go to them?

POV it’s 3:42am and apparently there are 756 other moms awake too 🥹 I genuinely thought I was the only person awake. You know that weird middle-of-the-night feeling where the house is SO quiet that you can hear every tiny sound?? The sound machine humming. The baby breathing. Your husband somehow sleeping through every grunt 😂🙃 And you’re sitting there with a baby glued to your chest wondering how it can possibly only be 3:42. That was me. My baby had already eaten but wouldn’t let me put her down. Every time I thought she was asleep enough, I’d do the slowest transfer imaginable… lower the butt… lower the head… keep hand on chest… hold breath… and BAM. 👁️👁️ Wide awake. So back into the chair we went 😭 After the third attempt I gave up and grabbed my phone. Which is always dangerous at 3am because suddenly I’m googling things like “is it normal for a newborn to make dolphin noises while sleeping” 😂 I ended up finding this app with a map that shows moms who are awake. Opened it. 756 moms. SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY SIX. I actually refreshed it because I thought I was misunderstanding what I was looking at lol. But nope. All those little lights were moms. Some feeding. Some pumping. Some rocking babies. Some probably doing the same ridiculous crib-transfer mission I had just failed 3 times 😂 Some with babies who had been awake for 12 minutes. Some probably with babies who had been awake for TWO HOURS 😵‍💫 And I swear my entire mood changed. Not because my baby suddenly slept. She absolutely did not 😂 Not because somebody gave me some magical newborn trick. I just suddenly didn’t feel like the last person left on earth. There were moms in California awake. Moms in Texas. Moms in New York. Moms in tiny towns I’ve never heard of. Hundreds of dark living rooms and nurseries with little lamps on. Hundreds of moms looking exactly how I probably looked… messy bun, one boob out, water bottle somehow JUST out of reach, phone at 12%, wondering why we didn’t put snacks next to the rocking chair 😭😂 Then I saw you could send little hugs. And omg. Something about getting a hug from another mom at 3am when you’re exhausted and nobody in your actual house is awake hits WAY harder than it should 🥹❤️ Like I know it’s a button. But somebody else saw me. That’s what it felt like. Because postpartum is weird. You’re almost never alone physically. There’s literally a tiny human attached to you half the day 😂 But mentally?? It can feel SO lonely. Especially at night. There’s nobody to casually text at 3:42am like “hey girl my baby has been asleep on my chest for 38 minutes and I’m scared to move my left arm, wyd??” 😂 And sometimes you don’t even need advice. Actually PLEASE don’t give me advice at 3am lol. I don’t need another sleep schedule. I don’t need to hear that your cousin’s baby slept 12 hours at 7 weeks old 😭 I just want someone to say: “Yep. I’m awake too.” That’s it. And seeing 756 little lights basically did that. It reminded me there’s this whole invisible group of moms awake every night that we never see. The 1am moms. The 2am moms. The 3:42am moms. The “I have no idea what day it is” moms 😂 Eventually my baby did that huge sleepy sigh where their entire body suddenly gets heavy and you’re like OH MY GOD THIS IS IT. I waited another 10 minutes because I’ve been fooled before 😂 Then attempted transfer #4. Success. 🙌 I got into bed and checked the map one more time. Still hundreds of lights. Still moms awake. And weirdly that made it easier to close my eyes. Because somewhere out there another mom was just starting her feed while mine was finally ending. We were basically passing the night shift to each other 🥹 So if you’re seeing this while holding a baby in a dark room tonight… hi ❤️ There are a LOT more of us awake with you than you think. And yes, your water bottle is probably just out of reach too 😂 #mom #baby #MomsofTikTok #momtok
