I think It'd ve a good metaphor. Ultron didn't "want" to be like Tony, he always tried to be the opposite. But it somewhat backfired, he became "emotional" whenever anyone said he was remotely similar to Stark, and there was clear similarities between them. Ultron was sarcastic, he acted despite what others said, he was oddly similar to Tony despite his efforts to be different. A way of showing how no matter what he tried he was still bound to be related to Tony. So I think the song comparing them is very funny as it does show how similar they were no matter what Ultron wished.
