It not just the rental. Item they sell can get cheaper nowadays on shein. That they collapse. During 90s and 2000s online not so easy and also clothes that fit our budget only can get here or far east plaza. Now far east also dying a painful death

Bugis Streets build in a wrong structure they should build the exculator outside not hide inside which make patron hardly notice there is still 2nd 3rd floors . for tourist first time enter this building
