@catrescuethea: 😔 A very sad update from Rüya… We tried to get our pregnant yellow mother cat, Rüya, to stand up by showing her food… Unfortunately, one of her paws is completely paralyzed. She's dragging herself along the ground, can't stand up, and is in pain. As the vet said: - The nerve damage is serious. - Physical therapy is necessary to reverse the paralysis. - The process is much riskier because she is pregnant. - If there are problems during delivery, a cesarean section may be necessary, and the risk of amputation is still on the table. Rüya is currently in intensive care. Her eyes stare blankly, she can barely lift her head when she smells the food, but she can't stand up to eat because of her paralyzed paw. Her innocent kittens are also in danger… Buse's surgery bill hasn't been paid off yet, and now Rüya's intensive care + physical therapy + possible surgery costs have been added.
