As a hairstylist who has specialized in extensions for over 16 years, they are not the best for most people. They aren’t budget friendly, they’re normally installed incorrectly causing scalp issues and traction alopecia, and they need to be cared for at home well but most people can’t hang with it. I know some people cannot grow their hair, but most just need to give their body the raw materials in order to see success.
