The restaurants Firepit Restaurant focuses on wood smoked dishes with bold flavours and an atmosphere to match. The crispy lamb pancakes stood out for me. Korean Cowgirl blends Texas BBQ with Asian inspired flavours. Not something you expect, but it works. The BBQ platter is a solid choice and the turkey was a highlight. Both spots get busy, so it’s worth booking ahead. The facilities: • 41 designed rooms including Cave rooms, suites and a penthouse • Super king beds, rainfall showers and private balconies • Indoor pool, sauna and steam room • Spa with poolside drinks service • Gym • 18 hole golf course with driving range and lessons • Cowgirl Lounge for cocktails • Free parking and WiFi Cave Hotel is a great option for a luxury style stay in Kent.
