Im not technical at all but I Create a BRIDGE.md file to facilitate communication between cowork and codex. In this setup, Code handles planning and execution, cowork focuses on research and documentation, and codex performs audits. Everything—including pending and completed tasks—must be recorded in both STATUS.md and BRIDGE.md.
