I REALLY appreciate your content. I consider myself reasonably bright but, I have to be honest I don’t understand a bunch of what’s going on. Given that Palantir’s own executive confirmed to the Parliamentary Science, Innovation and Technology Committee that Foundry and Gotham are architecturally interoperable and given that Palantir now holds both the NHS Federated Data Platform contract and a £240 million Ministry of Defence Enterprise Agreement covering live operational decision-making has any minister, committee, or independent public body formally verified that contractual safeguards prevent that interoperability from being utilised with NHS patient data? If no such verification has been commissioned, on what basis is the public being assured that it cannot occur?
