Is extremely rude to exclude someone living in the home and expect them to be there if she wants to go do things on her own cool. But truly, if you’re holding the game at your house, whichever house it is that wife should be allowed to be included. It’s one more person. It’s polite or they can go rent a game wall.

I think the husband is being unfair! He’s uninvited her, but he expects her to be at him and his friends back and call serving them all day long? Why?! I wouldn’t do that. I would be like the wife if I’m not invited. I’m not gonna be in a place where I’m not welcomed but I’m also not gonna be there maid or waitress or anything like that host your own game day! I’d be going out with friends or doing my own thing that makes me happy!

I’d say that, if someone is expected to host, they get the option of participating. It’s only one extra player per game night and it means that nobody is playing host to an event that they’re not allowed to join in with

if they had too many people involved when partners were all playing, it sounds like they have enough people to have two games running at once. so people can pick out various games and then people can pick which one they prefer
