Antacid alone doesn't cure H.pylori, it just manages the symptoms. you need to go to the doctor to get antibiotics. If you don't feel sick days after antacids, you probably don't have H.pylori. You could probably have some stomach acid disturbances.

helicobacter pylori is not a type of ulcer it's the causative agent i.e bacteria that causes it😅

You need to actually test for h.pylori and treat it with antibiotics. But there is also possibility that you have gastritis

I had h pylori too. It was actually discovered incidentally during my general check up last year. Thank God it was discovered ontime, because I had no symptom. I was given antibiotics to take for two weeks.
