@atomtoystudios: because joints decide everything. a well designed joint makes assembly easier, keeps parts aligned, and gives the resin figure the strength it needs to survive shipping. bad joints do the opposite. parts don’t fit properly, seams become messy, and worse, pieces can snap during handling or delivery. i also design in tolerance so parts fit snug but not too tight. this makes gluing easier and accounts for small variations from resin casting. it’s not the most visible part of an art toy, but it’s one of the most important. #arttoys #designertoys #toydesign #3dprinting #resinprinting
