Adam has David's sandevistan. The best Sandevustan you can get is the Militech Apogee one. I'm currently on my sixth playthrough, I've played all 6 with a sandevistan build

Technically, thats not Davids Sandevistan. You cant get his Sandevistan because in lore Adam Smasher took it. The best Sandevistan (or one that slows time the most) is The Militech "Apogee" Sandevistan which spawns around roughly level 30+ or so in any ripperdoc

To get legendary sandevistan u need to be 40+ the loot is different for everyone its not the same just wait till your level 40 or higher to get them from a ripperdoc you might come across them randomly when you looting somewhere
