@justbriae: 15 lobsters a day with a $55 permit through .gov for residents. To my knowledge nonresidents are permitted but with a higher fee. Size must be measured from eye socket to the beginning of the tail. North shore vs cape vs other regions have different size regulations. Must not have a notch or be egg bearing female. Female have wider width than males so it’s just easier to avoid them entirely. Females also are feathery on the appendage side and males are hard. Make sure it’s not molting and only dive sunrise to sunset. Dive flag and permit must be on you at all times and displayed. MOST IMPORTANTLY: absolutely no reselling or bartering permitted.
