I built one from the beginning of my project and it’s been amazing. I have Claude code update it at the end of every day. With 20 major updates a day it’s a necessity.

I’m trying to harness this exact problem. I’m having to learn the new skill of being an architect.

I build documents around what to build. Claude works off of that. Vibe’s time is almost up. 🤭

What I find helps is spending about as much time as you are spending on building other stuff—spend the same amount of time building your own infrastructure for tracking remembering, etc.

I thought you DID have one. Weren’t you reading from it not too long ago? I know I started early on but it was more to kind of self-measure where I was vs where I am.

There’s a way to do it in your prompts. Every prompt is tracked in a log file it writes to.

On an individual level, just build a tracker app that can search describe and ideate on existing tools. Have Claude scrape your drive to create the backlog and always make sure to point the tracker app to future tools. It’s more than possible!

I built a project mgmt harness. Each project is seeded with a _designs folder. It contains a reference.md, a code-index.json, and a plans and handoffs folder. Then I enable post-write hooks to update both reference docs after each build session

I use a featuretracker.md file in my Claude projects to track sections and features and have Claude keep it updated as it implements things. Works great
