Juicy inside, soft outside — so easy to make Ingredients: * 500g ground meat * 1 onion (finely chopped & squeezed) * Salt & black pepper * Fresh parsley * Flour * Water (slightly salted) Instructions: 1. Mix meat with onion, parsley, salt & pepper. 2. Roll into small tight balls. 3. Freeze for 1 hour (important!). 4. Dip 4 times: water → flour → water → flour. 5. Shape again with your hands into smooth balls. 6. Cook in salted water for about 10 minutes. ⚠️ Add them one by one and stir gently so they don’t stick. 💡 I added a little olive oil to the water — works great!
